Jason Krohn, PCI's managing director of technical activities, recently presented at West Point along with John Sullivan, director of federal infrastructure markets for the Portland Cement Association (PCA) and retired Navy commander from the Seabees; Nick Kolar, operations manager for Aditya International and retired lieutenant colonel from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; and Jim Schroder, technical and marketing consultant at Schroder and Associates.
