In response to questions from the Chairrn1. What are the lessons learnt to how we can narrow the health equity gap?rn2. How do we turn the agenda into action?rnI believe that the following three points are vital to address these two questions:rnFirstly, it is necessary to balance the interests of economic growth with those relating to health outcomes. The initial advancement as economy does not automatically improve the provision within health or other said determinants, but can provide the means for doing so.
