摘要

CH_3NH_3PbI_3/C~(60) heterqjunction photodetectors were here fabricated. The peak EQE achieves -80% in the visible-light range from 400 to 760 nm. Benefitting from eliminating the leakage current (PEDOTPSS-free), extremely low dark current density (0.6 nA/cm~2) and high specific detectivity (2.7 × 10~(13) Jones) are acquired.
