Occupational Health at Work's 10th annual update is a comprehensive digest of recent, scheduled and expected changes to the law, codes of practice and policy in occupational health and safety, disability and professional practice. Notable developments include tax exemptions for medical treatments recommended by OH services, changes to the rules on HIV-positive healthcare workers carrying out invasive procedures, wider interpretation of the definition of disability, extended rights for parents to request flexible working, and adoption of the Electromagnetic fields directive and single radiological protection 'Euratom'directive.
