Rob Gambone has been elected vice president of plant operations at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations. Previously deputy director of evaluation team managers at INPO, Gambone succeeds George Felgate, who has been named managing director at the World Association of Nuclear Operators' Coordinating Center in London, England. Gambone's successor is David Hembree, formerly manager of engineering/configuration management at INPO.
