David Kudsin has been appointed president of Nuclear Fuel Services, which was recently acquired by a subsidiary of the Babcock & Wilcox Company. Kudsin, an employee of Babcock & Wilcox or one of its affiliates for 33 years, most recently served as director of the Specific Manufacturing Capability Project at Idaho National Laboratory. NFS's outgoing president, Dwight Ferguson, will serve as principal adviser to the president until his retirement in April.
