Entergy has named seven executives to new roles. Rod West has been named chief administrative officer. Previously president and chief executive officer at Entergy New Orleans, West has been succeeded by Charles Rice, previously director of regulatory affairs.rnRichard Smith has been named president of Entergy's wholesale commodity business. Formerly president and chief operating officer, Smith has been succeeded in the latter role by Mark Savoff, ANS member since 1986, who previously served as executive vice president of operations at Entergy.
