Constellation Energy Nuclear Group has announced several management changes. Sam Belcher, previously vice president of the Nine Mile Point nuclear power plant in Scriba, N.Y., has been named senior vice president of operations for Constellation's nuclear fleet. Belcher joined the company in 2007 as plant general manager at Nine Mile Point. The current plant general manager, Tom Lynch, ANS member since 1988, will serve as acting vice president, while Mark Flaherty, ANS member since 1987, will move from his position as manager of fleet engineering to acting plant general manager.
