Adm. Robert F. Willard has been selected to be the next president and chief executive officer of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations. Willard, who is currently the commander of the U.S. Pacific Command, headquartered at Camp H. M. Smith in Hawaii, will assume the post in April, succeeding current INPO president and CEO Jim Ellis. Dominion's nuclear business unit has announced the reassignment of the site vice presidents at its four nuclear power plant sites. Gerald T. Bischof has been named site vice president at the North Anna pow- er station in Mineral, Va., a position previously held by N. Larry Lane. Lane has been appointed site vice president at the Surry power station in Gravel Neck, Va., where Bischof had been serving. Arnold J. Jordan, ANS member since 2008, has been named site vice president at the Ke-waunee power station in Carlton, Wis., re- placing Stephen E. Scace, who is taking Jordan's place as site vice president at the Millstone nuclear power plant in Waterford, Conn.
