Brandt, chairman, president, and CEO of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation. Paul D. Koonce, executive vice president and president and CEO of Dominion Energy's Power Generation Group, was elected vice chairman of the board, replacing William D. Johnson, president and CEO of the Tennessee Valley Authority.
