Transcutaneous Energy Transmission System (TETS) has an advantage to send power inside the body without penetrating to the skin by a wire. It does not only prevent the patients from infection-associated syndromes but also it aims at improvement of their 's Quality Of Life (QOL). However, TETS has a difficulty that it has to operate under an unstable coupling factor and varying load resistance. In this paper, we examined the method of obtaining a stable output voltage and a large range that transmissible power in the aim for clinical trial.%心移植は全世界で年間4000例程度行われており多rnくの患者を救っている.しかしドナーの絶対的不足や、rn倫理的問題により心移植が必要であるにもかかわらずrn移植を受けられない患者はその10倍とも言われていrnる.これらの解決策として人工心臓が挙げられる.人rn工心臓は完全置換型のもの、補助的なものを含めて実rn用化の段階に入っている.
