Following internal reorganisation, an opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary award winning clinical research group has arisen; the successful candidate will be involved in initiating and organising clinical studies using free light chain and heavy light chain analysis. The candidate will be expected to be aware of current trends within the fields of Haematology, B cell malignancies and inflammatory processes and be able to effectively communicate these ideas. Applicants should be able to work in a methodical manner and have a proven publication record in the field of haematology, immunology or a related discipline. Previous line management is essential and evidence of multi-disciplinary team management would be advantageous. Responsibilities will include administration of ongoing studies, data analyses and writing papers in line with company standards. There will be opportunities to present work at national and international conferences. Essential skills required are a PhD in a related discipline (or equivalent), a good immunology background, proven data interpretation and record keeping skills. Clear verbal and written communication is essential.
