ICE to submit evidence to Armitt planning review

ICE is shortly to submit evidence to Sir John Armitt's review of long term infrastructure planning. The review, commissioned by the Labour Party in October 2012 will focus on whether a new institutional structure can be established that better enables the long term decision making necessary for strategic infrastructure planning.
