Vendor Management Seminar: value creation rather than cost reduction

On July 23-24, 2010, Las Vegas played host to the fourth version of the Vendor Management Seminar (VMS) organized by IMTT and Master-Word Services.rnThis edition of VMS welcomed vendor managers, owners of small, medium-sized and large translation companies, CEOs, consultants, VPs, customer-service representatives and operations managers, which made interactions highly enriching and memorable. Size and program schedule are unique characteristics of the VMS that allow participants plenty of time to meet in an informal environment. The balance between vendor and client perspectives is another feature of the VMS.
