WNC & Associates Inc., a national investor in urban renewal and affordable housing projects, has promoted two executives.Kelly Henderson, Esq. has been promoted to the position of senior vice president-legal affairs. Her responsibilities will include structuring partnership agreements, serving as legal counsel on transactions and assisting WNC's Acquisitions team in structuring complex transactions. Henderson previously served as a vice president and team leader on WNC's acquisitions team.
