Ever since Hyundai launched its RWD Genesis sedan as a 2009 model in 2008, we've been waiting for Kia to get a share of the platform. Peter Schreyer became Kia design chief shortly afterward, and we've been eager to see him work on a car with what the South Korean brand calls the "prestige distance" RWD dash-to-axle relationship.
