In platform sizes from 24 × 36 inches up to 72 × 96 inches, Backsaver lift tables can be specified in capacities from 500 to 6,000 pounds and lifting heights up to 56 inches. The lifts improve productivity and worker safety in machine feeding, work positioning, assembly, secondary finishing and other applications by raising loads to comfortable, ergonomic heights. For safety, the table tops have a comfort edge that eliminates sharp corners and improves visibility. Standard features include adjustable down speed, contoured legs with extra width at the pivot point, and lifetime-lubricated pins, rollers, shafts and bushings. To extend the life of the hydraulic components, oversize, low-pressure cylinders are incorporated, as are heavy-duty, wire-braided hoses with burst strength 400% greater than the hydraulic operating pressure.
