Northamptonshire CC has appointed an interim chief executive to steer the council as it undergoes a period of historic transformation. Andrew Quincey was the council's executive director for commercial, place and health before being appointed to the chief executive role.Before that, Mr Quincey was the group commercial director at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and has also served as the director of commercial at Transport for London.
