A new minister has been appointed at Marsham Street.Nigel Adams MP has been appointed Parliamentary under secretary of state at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).The Queen has given official approval to appointment, which is unpaid and in addition to Mr Adams' current role as a Government Whip. Mr Adams' appointment is a temporary one to provide support so Heather Wheeler MP can spend more time with her husband, who has health issues.
