Estate regeneration reaches new heights

Oxford City Council has invested £20m to repair and modernise its five tower blocks in a project that underlines its commitment to ensuring good quality affordable accommodation for its tenants. Built in the 1960s and comprising 348 flats for around 900 people, work commenced on the towers in January 2016 and is expected to be completed in November this year.
