The device (1) has a hollow-prismatically shaped article (3) with larger diameter at a lower end of the article and smaller diameter over the article. Height of an inner region is formed with larger diameter of the article corresponding to height of a rectangular base (2) of an LED. Overall height of the device is formed by the height of the rectangular base and the article and reaches height of the LED. The device is formed with an opaque material of arbitrary color, where the opaque material of the device is made of plastic, glass, metal and/or ceramic.
