Gareth Nutt has been appointed corporate director of environment at Neath Port Talbot CBC. Mr Nutt is currently head of property and regeneration, but will take over the environment directorate when current director John Flower retires in August this year. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and had a number of years' experience with the public and private sectors in both England and Wales prior to joining Neath Port Talbot Council.
