Hertfordshire staff back jobs deal

Members of trade union, Unison, have voted in favour of collective agreement on changes to Hertfordshire CC employee terms and conditions. The council confirmed the decision, following a ballot of union members, which revealed 82.4% were in favour of the changes. A formal decision for the local authority to sign the agreement will be made by the county councillors on 12 May.
