PPMA HR rising stars get together to tackle talent challenges in public services

On the nth and 12th February 2013 at Warwick Business School, 15 HR rising stars came together at Warwick Business School to compete in the inaugural PPMA HR 'Rising Stars' competition. The event, sponsored by Manpower and supported by the Local Government Association set out to showcase the talents of HR future leaders across public services.
