One thing we all universally care about is the health and wellbeing of ourselves and our loved ones. Most surveys show these issues figure high on our 'worry' list and if you scan the media headlines this worry is exacerbated when you read of the billions of pounds needed to support our growing and ageing population and the gap between expectation and our current ability to meet it. Increased demand is putting pressure on an already strained care system. We're seeing the effect on people and talent in the profession with increasing demand for social care professionals at all levels and a diminishing pool of talent and fewer people choosing care as a career.
