Britain enjoys a cheese 'feastival'

The cream of this country's cheese industry was on show at the Great British Cheese Festival 2009, Cardiff Castle on 26-27 September. More than 8,000 visitors flocked to sample and buy the finest cheeses Britain has to offer, and discover the art of cheesemaking and appreciation through master classes and demonstrations.
