PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a user from missing an opportunity to enjoy a privilege.;SOLUTION: A server device includes an acquisition unit, a first determination unit and a second determination unit, and a notification unit. The acquisition unit acquires position information for identifying a site accessed by a user. The first determination unit determines whether or not the position information acquired by the acquisition unit includes the information matching the position information for identifying a first site. When it is determined that the position information does not include the information matching the position information of the first site by the first determination unit, the second determination unit determines whether or not position information of a second site matching the position information acquired by the acquisition unit is stored in a privilege storage unit.
