Chapter Achievements

Hawaii and Aloha (Hawaii) chapter members visited China last Novem-ber after receiving an invitation from the China Association for Interna-tional Friendly Contact (CAIFC). Aloha Chapter member Col. Wes-ley Fong, USAR-Ret, led the delegation as they visited Beijing, Luoyang, and Shanghai and met with military and government officials, including CAIFC Vice President Xing Yunming. "We were very honored to be the first military delegation hosted by the CAIFC to visit China," says Fong.
