LE DOTTRINE TEDESCHE DI CONTROGUERRIGLIA NELLA SECONDA GUERRA MONDIALE

Dopo aver esaminato, nella prima parte dello studio, l'organizzazione e le tattiche impiegate dai partigiani dell'Est Europa, nonché i principi fondamentali applicati dalla Wehrmacht nell'ambito della condotta di operazioni di controinsurrezione a livello operativo e tattico, in questa seconda parte del lavoro sono approfondite le tattiche, le tecniche e le procedure adottate dall'Esercito tedesco nelle operazioni di controguerriglia. Inoltre, sono presentate l'organizzazione e le procedure d'impiego degli «Jagdkommandos», unità specializzate nella lotta ai partigiani, che indirizzarono le operazioni su un piano innovativo per un esercito regolare, adottando gli stessi principi degli insorti. Nel paragrafo conclusivo sono infine illustrati i limiti e le ragioni del fallimento operativo della Wehrmacht nella lotta alle formazioni partigiane che contribuirono in maniera decisiva al tracollo dell'Esercito tedesco nel fronte orientale, aprendo così la via verso Berlino alla potente e inesorabile macchina da guerra sovietica: l'«Armata Rossa».%After reviewing, in the first part of the study, the organization and the tactics employed by the partisans in Eastern Europe, as well as the basic principles applied by the Wehrmacht within the conduct of counterinsurgency operations at the operational and tactical levels, this second part of the work analyzes the tactics, techniques and procedures adopted by the German Army for coun-terinsurgency operations. Moreover, it describes the organization and procedures for the employment of "Jagdkommandos", units specialized for fighting the partisans. These units channeled their operations into an innovative basis as for a regular army, by adopting the same principles of the insurgents. In the concluding paragraph are illustrated their limits and the reasons for the operational failure of the Wehrmacht in its fight against partisan groups. Such a failure contributed significantly to the collapse of the German Army on the eastern front, thus opening the way to Berlin for the inexorable and powerful Soviet war machine: the "Red Army".
