Enthone Inc., a business of Cookson Electronics, has introduced TRI- LYTE® Dusk trivalent chromium plating process. The environmentally friendly process deposits a dark decorative chromium layer over bright or satin nickel deposits. TRILYTE Dusk produces a dark, lustrous coating that is ideally suited for a diversity of decorative automotive applications (e.g. door handles, grill, exterior molding) and household items (e.g. lighting, cabinet hardware, furniture, appliance, sanitary fixtures) where fashion finishes are critical to product differentiation. The warm color provides a distinctive finish for interior applications.
