Purpose The aim of our study was to evaluate the role of multidetector-row computed tomography (MDCT) in patients referred for heart valve surgery. We studied the diagnostic performance of CT coronary angiography (CTCA) compared with conventional coronary angiography (CCA) before valve surgery.
