摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is diagnostic and interventional guiding catheter to make an excellent and safe usage possible, to largely enhance a work performance, and to suitably conduct a coronary angiography even under a transformed heart structure of a patient with ischemic heart disease. CONSTITUTION: The diagnostic and interventional guiding catheter includes; a body(10); an injector connection(12); and a curved head(14) connected to the body(10); wherein a curved angle(alpha) of the first curved point(P1) is 15 to 45 degrees and the straight distance from the first(P1) to the second curved point(P2) is 10 to 100mm; a curved angle(beta) of the second curved point(P2) is 90 to 170 degrees and the straight distance from the second(P2) to the third curved point(P3) is 5 to 80mm; a curved angle(delta) of the third curved point(P3) is 90 to 170 degrees and the distance from the third(P3) to the fourth curved point(P4) is 10 to 100mm; and a curved angle(theta) of the fourth curved point(P4) is 70 to 160 degrees and the distance from the fourth(P4) to the end point(P5) is 5 to 50mm.
