Paul Smits named financial director at Port of Rotterdam

Port of Rotterdam has a new financial director: former KPN employee Paul Smits. The 47-year old Smits studied mathematics and in his career at KPN filled many positions. He was responsible for innovation regarding mobile phones and the strategy and innovation for the business. Between 2008 and 2010 Smits was CFO for the business side of KPN. From 2010 he led KPN's the Dutch shared service centers.
