Caobisco is the Association of Chocolate, Biscuit and Confectionery industries of the European Union. In addition to the countries of the EU, it also groups together observer members, Switzerland and Norway, which have been joined by the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland in view of the enlargement of the EU to Central and Eastern European countries. Each year, Caobisco publishes a statistical brochure, in cooperation with the International Office of Cocoa, Chocolate and Sugar Confectionery (IOCCC) which represents Europe, the United States, Australia and Brazil.
