John Lee wins Alfred Stauder award

John Lee has been chosen as the recipient of the Alfred Stauder Award for Excellence, presented by the Ai Group in Australia. Lee is a well-respected confectionery consultant. Lee has worked with numerous confectionery companies over his 30 years in the industry, including as technical manager at Darrell Lea. In its 25th year, the award recognizes an individual's significant contribution to the confectionery industry in the form of research, development and marketing of business. It was presented at Ai Group Confectionery Sector's Congress Industry Dinner in Melbourne.
