The 2013 Residence Course in Confectionery Technology (Candy School) has ended, with 32 students completing the two-week course at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The University of Wisconsin-Madison will host next year's Residence Course in Confectionery Technology July 14-25, 2014. Learning from industry experts, participants will gain hands-on laboratory experience with all types of candies.
