An on-line documentation system has helped an electronics manufacturer triple in size while maintaining error-free production in an average of six to eight new products per month. Teal Elec-tronics Corp, (San Diego, CA), a subsidiary of SL Industries Inc., has implemented an on-line documentation system that allows for the creation of highly graphical documents—including annotated photographs, drawings, and short videos—that can be delivered electronically to the shop floor in seconds.
