Farewell Caitlin, Welcome Sydney

Today we're immensely pleased at how deserved that confidence turned out to be. Not only has Caitlin provided leadership to help maintain the quality of our flagship publication, while also navigating a significant shift to online and the challenges of a global pandemic, she has also made many, many other contributions to LNG-all with a combination of professionalism and enthusiasm that made it a pleasure to have her on our editorial team. Now Caitlin has decided to join the staff of the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association, and it is her large shoes that we need to fill. And once again, we're able to approach the transition with confidence because we have in place the ideal person to succeed her. I am very pleased to announce our new managing editor for Lubes'n'Greases, Sydney Moore.
