SCOPUS reflected study of selected research and higher education institutions (HEIs) of Chandigarh: a city of education and research

摘要

Our institutions have been exploring new domains of research areas in their respective fields and sharing their works internationally by publishing in quality journals. Therefore, through this study, an effort has been made to assess the growth of publications by these institutions with respect to the quality and quantity of publications in peer-reviewed journals. The present study takes into account the research productivity in seven major academic institutes of Chandigarh as revealed by Scopus and caters to following objectives.
