JSR Best Article Awards

The Best Article Award is sponsored by IBM, the world's largest service company and leader of the Services Science, Management and Engineering initiative. The award is presented annually to the top article in the previous volume of JSR; winners are selected by the JSR Editorial Review Board. The winning authors receive a plaque and a single cash prize of $2000 to share at the AMA Frontiers in Service Conference.
