摘要

This paper begins with visions of the learning. It then considered current and new paradigms concerning technology and learning. It gives particular emphasis to highly interac- tive tutorial learning, for very large numbers of students in distance learning situations. Then it considers schools and universities in terms of the new paradigms. It ends with a brief plan for attaining this new learning system.
