摘要

NiO/γ-al_2O_3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation and sol- gel method. Comparative study of the POM catalytic performance for 80 h life-test over them was performed to investigate the effects of the preparation methods. The carbon deposition, surface composition, total nickel. Content, specific surface area, pore volume and crystal phase of catalysts were investigated with T, XPS, AAS, TRR, BET, and XRD. The results indicated that the thermal stability of support during the redox reaction at high temperature could not be improved only by sol-gel method, but the sol-gel method could enhance the ability of nickel-based catalyst to suppress the carbon deposition and to resist the nickel sintering and loss on the nickel- based catalyst.
