The theory, design, fabrication, and characterization of MEMS/ NEMS, bioMEMS, and nanotechnologies have been making tremendous progress. We are calling prospective authors to submit worthwhile contributions in these fields for peer-reviewed and archived publication in a special section of JM~3.
