摘要

This article proposes a method for building a law and entrepreneurship curriculum that will augment the knowledge-based, entrepreneurial competency of the student. It accepts the view that entrepreneurial competence facilitates entrepreneurial activity. In the absence of such curriculum, business school students who set upon building an entrepreneurial venture may be ill prepared for the litany of start-up-specific legal hurdles that they will face. If followed to fruition, this logical method should serve as a guidepost for business law educators in developing an entrepreneurship law curriculum for business students.
