摘要

In order to analyze the temperature distribution of diesel engine piston, the wavelet element was constructed using Daubechies wavelet function, the three dimensions thermal conduct function was deduced, the temperature distribution of the ceramic coating diesel engine piston was calculated respectively. The calculating results obtained by wavelet finite element was compared with the solution obtained by ANSYS software, the two conclusions were near. The results showed that the ceramic coating diesel engine piston will improve the strength and deformation of the piston.
