摘要

Gearbox is one of the key components in wind turbine, and the fault of gearbox will lead to wind turbine shut down inevitably. According to the characteristics of complicated structure as well as fault probabilities and mechanism of the bottom and intermediate events in wind turbine gearbox transmission system, fuzzy theory was introduced into fault tree analysis method, and the fault tree analysis method of wind turbine gearbox transmission system was proposed based on T-S fuzzy fault tree analysiswhere fault probabilities were described as fuzzy possibilities. Events relationships were described by T-S gates instead of conventional logic gates. Example of fault tree analysis of the Wind turbine gearbox system was given for illustration. Results show that the method is feasible.
