An Accurate Calculation Method of Vibration Displacement Based on Vibration Acceleration Signal

摘要

In order to accurately calculate the vibration displacement based on the vibration acceleration signal, a method named Adaptive Frequency-time Domain Mixed Integral (AFTDMI) is proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by means of simulation and an application in pump fault signals analysis. The results indicate that the new method effectively overcomes the larger cumulative error in traditional Time-domain Integral (TDI). Moreover, larger low-frequency error in traditional Frequency-domain Integral (FDI) has been successfully avoided. Comparing with the Frequency-time Domain Mixed Integral (FTDMI), the AFTDMI possesses the self-adaptive correction function. Meanwhile, the result obtained by AFTDMI shows higher accuracy. It is proved to be an effective method on precisely calculating the displacement based on the acceleration signal.
