PHMSA's Final Rule Responding to Appeals to HM-215K, HM-215L, HM-218G and Final Rules

On October 31, 2013, the Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) published a final rule in the Federal Register (Docket No. PHMSA-2013-0041; 78 FR 65454) correcting editorial errors and amending certain requirements in response to administrative appeals to four different final rules: the HM-215K and HM-215L International Harmonization rules, the HM-218G Miscellaneous Amendments rule, and the HM-219 Miscellaneous Petitions for Rulemaking rule.
