BAYESIAN RULE BASE TARGET DETERMINING SYSTEM FOR A STRAPDOWN DUAL MODE IMAGING SEEKER USING LOCATION WEIGHTED OR REGION GROWING 2D MOMENT MODELING CAPABLE OF DETERMINING A FINAL TARGET USING A BAYESIAN RULE
PURPOSE: A Bayesian rule base target determining system for a strapdown dual mode imaging seeker using location weighted or region expanding 2D moment modeling capable of determining a final target using a Bayesian rule is provided to precisely determine a miniature target and an expanded target by determining the final target using the Bayesian rule.;CONSTITUTION: An infrared image sensor(30) and a visible light image sensor(50) respectively obtain an infrared ray image and a visible light image with respect to a specific area. A two dimensional moment modeling module(100) determines a first target candidate from the obtained infrared ray image through two dimensional moment modeling based on location weighting or region growing. An SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transform) target characteristic value extraction module(200) extracts a second target candidate by using an SIFT technique. A Bayesian rule application target determining module(300) determines a final target according to the priority of calculated probability by calculating the similarity of determined first and second target candidates using probability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
