Dry Ice Replenishment by Freight Forwarders or Airlines of Packages When In Transportation

The reader asks for opinion and experience from other readers on the airline, DG Certified company, or freight forwarder opening packages of non-regulated materials in non-specification packag-ings and regulated materials in non-specification or UN Standard Packagings.
